Portfolio of Work
Internship: ASSA
From August 2020 to Jan 2021, i completed an internship with the Academy of Social Sciences in Australia as a part of their newly established Seriously Social Podcast team. My role consisted of creating digital content for social accounts, pulling media captions from podcasts, uploading stories and articles to the website and doing monthly reporting.
Internship: Danielle Cleary Events
From January 2021 until May 2021, i completed an internship with DCE. My role consisted of assisting in organising The Canberra Fair and the DCE Model Host Search. More specifically for the Canberra Fair i was in charge of volunteers, including rosters and stations as well as bump in and bump out organising with vendors. For the Model Host Search it was my role to be in contact with models, sort time schedules and fittings. This involved long days at photoshoots helping with set up, props and venue organising.
Marketing Coordinator
In May 2021, i started my role as marketing coordinator at Tile Republic. This was my first role without a mentor/director, this gave me the opportunity to adapt and learn how to create campaigns and strategies for myself and allowed for trial and error work. From this i was able to create a successful social media strategy that has seen a great boost in engagement. In this role i am responsible for all social media accounts, their content, scheduling and reporting. As well as website handling such as uploading new products and blogs, processing online sales orders and general customer service.
Marketing Assistant
In January 2021 until August 2021, the Academy of Social Sciences in Australia, asked me to come on board as casual employee to continue my work that i had been doing in my internship.
